If you accidentally buy the same item more than once, we’re happy to offer credit or an exchange of equal valuefor the duplicate purchase. Please note: refunds will not be provided.

Some of our products require a manual transfer. In these cases, processing may begin immediately once your order is received. For this reason, we are not able to offer refunds, even if your order has not yet been fully delivered. If you realize you purchased the wrong item and the transfer has not yet begun, we will gladly issue an exchange to the same value, so you can receive the right ebook. If you have received all or part of the transfer, an exchange cannot be provided.
